PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a chloride based seeds is provided to easily manufacture a chloride-based resin of which particle distribution is 0.05-0.5 micron, and to reduce polymerizing time by charging polymerizing temperature. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a chloride based seeds comprises: a step of adding a vinyl chloride based monomer, a first emulsifier, a polymerization initiator into an aqueous medium, and polymerizing the added mixture by increasing temperature to 53-60°C; a step of finishing the reaction by decreasing temperature as 1-10°C lower than initial polymerizing temperature; and a step of manufacturing vinyl chloride based seeds by collecting and removing unreacted vinyl chloride based monomers. |
