PURPOSE: A high efficient small-hydro power generating apparatus is provided to easily correct the variation of electric energy due to the variation of flow rate by controlling a pitch of turbine blades corresponding to the variation of the flow rate or the electric energy. CONSTITUTION: A high efficient small-hydro power generating apparatus comprises a turbine (10) installed in a fluid passage; and a power generator (20) generating power according to the rotation of the turbine. The turbine comprises a main body (110); multiple pitch-controllable blades (120) installed in the outside of the main body; and multiple blade rotary shafts individually connected to the blades. Each blade is coupled to one end of each blade rotary shaft. An actuator (33) is connected to the other end of each blade rotary shaft to rotate the blade rotary shaft. A control part (35) is electrically connected to the actuator. The control part controls the operation of the actuator based on one of the flow rate variation of the fluid flowing in the fluid passage and the variation of the electric energy generated by the power generator.
