PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating turbid water in a dredging process is provided to continuously remove particulate materials from the turbid water through filters. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating turbid water includes a storing bath(10), filters(20), a sliding plate(30), and a water spraying pipe(40). The filters are installed between the inlet(11) and the outlet(12) of the storing bath. The filters include frames(21). Both sides of the frames are in contact with the inner lateral sides of the storing bath. The bottoms of the frames are adjacently arranged to the bottom of the storing bath. Filtering members(22) are mounted at the inner sides of the frames. The sliding plate is installed at the front side of the filters which are adjacent to the introducing pipe of the storing bath. The water spraying pipe penetrates through the one sidewall of the storing bath and arranged between the filters. Spraying nozzles are regularly arranged on the outer side of the water spraying pipe. |
