FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to hub-free wheels used in means of travel including single-wheel one and wheelchairs. Proposed wheel comprises rim with tire furnished with wheel gripper and retainer composed of rollers that stay in contact with wheel side strips. Two wheel rim flange is composed of worm-wheel. Every rim flange represents an exit end of worm-wheel in its imaginary engagement with cylindrical rolls-worms of nonorthogonal worm gearing with crossed three axes, not obligatory solid axes.
