The syringe has a push plunger (3) pushed into a syringe body through bottom. A piston (31) is provided before the push plunger. The piston is connected to a connection element (32), where the connection element is arranged on a connection portion (125) at bottom of an upper needle seat (121), so that a needle body (1) is separated from a needle base (21) and from a stop and removed at interior of the syringe body by applying force to push and deform the piston until the connection element is fixed on the connection portion after injection of drug.
