FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fluorinated fibrous filtration web. Proposed method comprises making nonwoven web including polymer fibres and generating plasma containing fluorine atoms at the first place. Then said nonwoven web is brought in contact with plasma products at the second place remote from said first place to allow fluorine atoms transfer to polymer fibre surface.
