PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved crane control device which includes a function of actively compensating vertical vibration and a function of controlling an operator.SOLUTION: A crane control device includes: a function of compensating vertical vibration so that a hoisting device is operated automatically to at least partially compensate swings in a wire rope hanging place and/or a loading place which are caused by the vertical vibration; and a function of controlling the operator so that the hoisting device is operated while referring to inputs of the operator. The amount of one or more kinematic restrictions in the hoisting device is distributed freely adjustably between the function of compensating vertical vibration and the function of controlling the operator.
