PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate an emission point of a substance which is emitted and dispersed into the atmosphere.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: observation information setting means to set observation information showing a position of an observation point, a concentration of an observed substance, a wind direction as well as a wind speed for each observation point to observe the substance emitted and dispersed into the atmosphere; concentration distribution calculation means to calculate, on the basis of the set observation information, a concentration distribution in accordance with a calculation model for calculating the concentration of the substance at a position located in the wind direction from one emission point from which the substance is supposed to be emitted; emission point calculation means to calculate the emission point where the calculated concentration distribution satisfies the concentration distribution based on the observed concentration of the substance at each observation point; and display means to display the position of the calculated emission point. |
