PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillator which easily insulates a conductive electrode and inhibits changes of a space between ceramic electrodes and the deterioration of the parallelism.SOLUTION: A laser gas is housed in a housing. Openings are provided on walls of the housing which face each other. A pair of ceramic electrodes respectively close the pair of openings. A spacer is disposed between the pair of ceramic electrodes to limit changes of a space between the ceramic electrodes. Conductive electrodes are disposed at the outer sides of the pair of ceramic electrodes. |
