PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a nanofiber laminate of a polymer material by a melt spinning method of heating the polymer material.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a nanofiber laminate of a polymer material, includes: heating the polymer material such as polypropylene and nylon to a high temperature to melt it, and pressurizing the molten polymer material to spin it from a center discharge opening of a spinning nozzle; providing a ring-like hot air blow-out opening coaxially with the center discharge opening so as to surround the center discharge opening of the spinning nozzle, and blowing out hot air from the hot air blow-out opening in a direction crossing a polymer material-spun yarn spun so as to further stretching the polymer material-spun yarn right after the center discharge opening; providing molten state-maintaining means for blowing off and stretching the polymer material while maintaining a high temperature and a molten state of the polymer material spun in the crossing region; and providing a collecting unit for collecting a nanofiber of the polymer material further blown off through the molten state-maintaining means. |
