PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas generator capable of being miniaturized by suppressing an unnecessary space.SOLUTION: A planar partition member 20 having a communication hole in a cylindrical housing 10 is disposed to be inclined with respect to a long axis X, thereby dividing the inner space into a gas generating agent charging space 38 and a gas flow channel space 40, which are adjacent to each other. The volume of the gas generating agent charging space 38 is decreased from an igniter 16 side toward a diffuser 14 side while the volume of the gas flow channel space 40 is increased. |
