PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor capable of preventing deterioration of capacitance and capacitance temperature characteristics even when the thickness of an internal electrode layer is reduced.SOLUTION: Ceramic particles that constitutes a dielectric layer 14 of a multilayer ceramic capacitor contain coarse ceramic particles SPr having the coarse particle diameter Dcoa that satisfy the condition Tmin≤Dcoa≤Tmax when the maximum thickness of the dielectric layer 14 is Tmax, and the minimum thickness of the dielectric layer 14 is Tmin. |
