PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor circuit for measuring a temperature by using a clock signal outputted from an oscillation circuit.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor circuit 1 includes: an oscillation circuit 2 for generating a clock signal CLK; a delay circuit 4 for generating a delay signal S2 by using the clock signal CLK; and a delay time measurement circuit 5 for measuring the delay time of the delay signal S2 on the basis of the number of clocks of the clock signal CLK. The temperature sensor circuit 1 is configured so that the number of clocks measured in the delay time measurement circuit 5 varies according to a temperature on the basis of a difference between temperature dependent characteristics for a temperature of pulse width of the clock signal CLK and temperature dependent characteristics for a temperature of the delay time of the delay signal S2.
