PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn twisting machine which can be continuously operated without being brought to an emergency stop when electric power is recovered shortly after an electric power failure.SOLUTION: A yarn twisting machine 100 includes: a plurality of spindles 24; a plurality of spindle motors 25 each of which is provided for a corresponding one of the plurality of spindles 24 and rotates the corresponding one of the plurality of spindles 24; an inverter 4 which supplies electric power to the plurality of spindle motors 25; and switching sections 5 which switch connection states between the inverter 4 and the plurality of spindle motors 25. The yarn twisting machine 100 further includes: a detection section 6 which detects the operation voltage of the electric power supplied from the inverter 4; and control sections 7 which receive signals from the detection section 6 and can transmit signals to the switching sections 5. The control sections 7 control the switching sections 5 on the basis of the signals from the detection section 6. |
