PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a collimator, a collimator, and an X-ray CT apparatus, which can improve geometrical efficiency.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a collimator according to an embodiment includes the steps of: forming first tabular parts each including a plurality of first slits inclined at a predetermined angle; forming second tabular parts each including a plurality of second slits inclined at a predetermined angle; and assembling the first tabular parts and the second tabular parts so as to intersect with each other with the first slits and the second slits facing each other. The step of assembling the first tabular parts and the second tabular parts so as to intersect with each other includes: causing a portion of each second tabular part where the second slits are not provided to be supported by an opening part side of each first slit; inclining the second tabular part so as to follow the inclination of the first slits; and moving the second tabular part thus inclined to a back side of the first slits.
