PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system and a game program which allow a special image itself to be acquired and saved by performing designated operation to the displayed special image, increase saving (holding) value of the special image, and enhance interest in a game. SOLUTION: When registration operation is received in the state that a special performance image is displayed on an image display device, the special performance image is specified. Code information is generated which designates the special performance image specified by satisfaction of display conditions for displaying the special performance image. By performing processing using an application software started by a player's operation to read code information by an information terminal on the basis of code formation information about the code information and accessing a processing server, and by acquiring the special performance image from the processing, the special performance image is displayed on the information terminal.
