PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of performing a new countermeasure against fraudulence, which does not oppress a soft capacity on the side of a main control board and/or a prize ball pay-out control board for controlling the pay-out operation of game balls, and does not cause the decrease of a prize ball speed or the like. SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes: a first game ball detection means for detecting game balls put out from a pay-out means which is managed by the prize ball pay-out board side when performing the countermeasure against fraudulence such as electric wave fraudulence; and a second game ball detection means for detecting the game balls put out from the pay-out means which is managed by a performance output control board side. A game ball detection abnormality determining means is provided on the performance output board side, wherein the abnormality determining means determines whether abnormality occurs in the game ball detection means based on the comparison result obtained by comparing the information transmitted from the main control board side and/or the prize ball pay-out control board side to a performance output control board side (for example, the number of detected game balls detected by the first game ball detection means) with the detected result of the game balls detected by the second game ball detection means.
