PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable other person to easily use a web service through a simple authentication by a user. SOLUTION: Via a device of web service, a first user is allowed to specify a question which a second user who is going to newly use a web service should give a correct answer as expected when this user is the identical person or a second user attribute and request the second user to answer, and the service is provided through a simple authentication by using the corresponding answer, thereby enabling other person to easily use a web service while having a simple structure. Besides, as the first user is allowed to change contents of information about which he/she requests the other person to answer or the number of questions according to a situation or the person for control, a risk of password leakage can be avoided and an optional security level can be established.
