The installation comprises a storage unit for receiving a loading of friable product, and a watertight loading distribution unit that forwards a part of the loading from an exit (25) of the storage unit to an external loading treatment unit, and includes a conveyer belt (21) and a loading introduction sleeve (18) conformed to allow the transfer of the loading from an end of the conveyer belt towards the external treatment unit. The distribution unit is movable in rotation around an axis perpendicular or transverse with a direction of displacement of the loading in the conveyer belt. The installation comprises a storage unit for receiving a loading of friable product, and a watertight loading distribution unit that is conformed to forward a part of the loading from an exit (25) of the storage unit to an external loading treatment unit, and includes a conveyer belt (21) and a loading introduction sleeve (18) conformed to allow the transfer of the loading from an end of the conveyer belt towards the external treatment unit. The distribution unit is movable in rotation around an axis approximately perpendicular or transverse with a direction of displacement of the loading in the conveyer belt. The rotational axis the distribution unit is approximately confused with a longitudinal axis (8) of the storage unit. The storage unit comprises a storage hopper (3) having an upper portion opened for the introduction of the loading and a lower portion adapted to be opened/closed by an opening/closing unit of the hopper. The storage hopper includes a reserve grid that is positioned near the upper portion of the hopper and extends towards a part of an inside of the hopper. The storage hopper is supported by a maintenance structure including a gateway arranged in periphery of the upper portion of the hopper. The maintenance structure includes a bracket approximately extending in a direction of the loading introduction sleeve. The bracket is provided to support an external lifting device intended to carry out a rescue operation in the external treatment unit. The maintenance structure includes a unit for gripping the installation. The introduction sleeve is interdependent of the conveyer belt or the bracket of the maintenance structure. The distribution unit include a loading evacuation unit conformed to take a part of the loading and then to reject the part towards the external treatment unit. The loading introduction sleeve includes a loading sorting fabric.
