PURPOSE: A virtual community content and network system in residential district is provided to offer living interest by using plentiful sources by opening a virtual community. CONSTITUTION: A network system operates a virtual community in residential districts. A center workstation (200-231) supports a portal content platform, the residential district, and materials for community activity. The material is controlled according to a current situation and operates differentiated local communities. A cloud computer system (300-333) is connected to the network system in order to extend the capacity of the local community and to reduce network access loads. Conductors operating the community activity are selected from residents. The network system provides a proximity service based on the community activity.
