PURPOSE: A user terminal for a load balancing at a multi-network and a method thereof are provided to compare calculated network loads in each base station, thereby routing traffic to the base station with less network load among the multi network. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(110) uses downlink information of a broadcasting message which is received from each base station and uplink information, in order to calculate the number of user terminals connected to each base station and the amount of assigned resource. The user terminal computes the network load of each base station. The user terminal compares the calculated network load with each base station. The user terminal routes traffic to any base station.
