PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle information recording device, a vehicle information recording system and a program capable of satisfactorily recording vehicle information captured from the outside.SOLUTION: The vehicle information recording device comprises: an input-output port 38 for capturing GPS data indicating a detected position of a vehicle, from the outside; the input-output port 38 for capturing vehicle travel data indicating a detected travel state of the vehicle, from the outside; and a memory R/W for storing, in a memory card 34, the GPS data captured into the input-output port 38 and the vehicle travel data captured into the input-output port 38. The GPS data and the vehicle travel data are supplied from an alarm device 50 for vehicle and an adapter 20 for connection to vehicle provided in the vehicle for acquiring vehicle information on the vehicle. |
