PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch circuit that can reliably control voltage transmission or interruption to an internal circuit in a range of GND to VDD even if a positive or negative voltage is input into an input terminal.SOLUTION: PMOS transistors are added to NMOS transistors constituting the switch circuit, and gates of the PMOS transistors are controlled by a voltage of an input terminal. This can reliably control transmission or interruption of a voltage in a range of GND to VDD. |
