<p>PURPOSE:To check an inputted date for validity, by inputting the day of the week also in case of the date input and obtaining the day of the week corresponding to the inputted date and checking this obtained day of the week and the inputted day of the week. CONSTITUTION:When the operator inputs a date and a day of the week through a keyboard, they are stored in a main storage part temporarily. A date collation program reads out inputted date information and refers to information of correspondence between dates and days of the week, which is stored in the main storage part, to retrieve information of the day of the week corresponding to this date information and stores information of this day of the week in the operation register of an operating part temporarily. The program reads out information of the inputted day of the week and compares and collates both information of days of the week in the operating part. If they coincide with each other, the initial operation is terminated, and information stored in the main storage part are erased; but if they do not coincide with each other, a meassage is displayed on a display part.</p> |
