PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the chip size of the power amplifier MMIC(monolithic microwave integrated circuit) from becoming large owing to the formation of a space unnecessary for its circuit arrangement. SOLUTION: Gate terminals 108(a) and 108(b) of two divided final-stage transistors 107(a) and 107(b) are connected by a 1st line to shift the phase of an input signal and after amplification by the final-stage transistors 107(a) and 107(b), the output signals from the drains has their phase matched and are put together by a 2nd line 115. Consequently, the circuit can be arranged with great efficiency.
