PURPOSE: A mobile track guiding apparatus of finger rollers for sidewall turn up in the green tire molding process is provided to prevent air inflow by removing compression sections of the sidewalls so that lifting of the sidewall is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A mobile track guiding apparatus of finger rollers for sidewall turn up in the green tire molding process comprises a molding drum(1), side walls(2), finger rollers(3), a finger support frame, a spiral groove and a support rod. The sidewall is attached to a molding drum in the heavy-duty green tire molding process. The finger roller compresses the surface of the sidewall. The finger roller is turned up by pressing the surface of the sidewall and moving the finger roller. The support rod includes a finger roller. A spiral groove is formed in the finger support frame. The surface of the sidewall is compressed while moving the surface of the sidewall to a spiral locus(5a). |
