The element (1) has a fastening device (4) for fastening and/or supporting the element, which is made as a mold part in one piece. A rainwater dissipative or repellent guide device (3) and the fastening device are formed as components of the mold part. The mold part is made of high thermal insulation material i.e. extruded polystyrene material and prefabricated with a water-repelling material (5) in sections for formation of a waterproof film. A lower section (8) is formed in a lower edge area of the mold part. An upward open upper section (10) is formed on a top surface of the mold part.
