A system for converting a waiting time into points according to the present invention comprises: a time measurement unit for measuring time information on the basis of a waiting time of each user on a waiting list; a point conversion unit for converting the time information into points according to a predetermined reference; a point management unit for separately managing and storing the points of each user; and a signal generation unit for generating use signals for the points according to a request from the user.
