PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diluting mixer that can excellently mix a fluid to be diluted and a diluting fluid although having a simple constitution, and prevents dust included in the fluid to be diluted which flows in a main line from being stuck to or deposited on a diluting mixing portion.SOLUTION: A sub conduit line 3 is connected to a duct 4 provided surrounding a main conduit line 2, and formed by forming air guide holes 5 in a side periphery of the main conduit line 2 positioned within the duct 4, and the air guide holes 5 have a plurality of holes arranged in a peripheral direction in traverse sectional view of the main conduit line 2 and are formed at a plurality of places along a length direction of the main conduit line 2, the air guide holes 5 adjoining to each other along the length direction being at a predetermined deviation angle to each other in traverse sectional view of the main conduit line 2. |
