Furthermore the steel sheet has a steel sheet structure where the number ratio of sheet thickness penetrated grains is &ge;50% in all the crystal grains, and also, the number ratio of crystal grains, in which a deviation angle from the Goss orientation is &le;15°, is &le;4%.
