PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AD converter that reduces a charge injection by a parasitic capacitance while suppressing power consumption.SOLUTION: The AD converter includes: a sampling section 10 for sampling differential input signals and outputting differential sampling signals; a reference signal generation section 40 for generating a first reference signal and a second reference signal; a preamplifier 20 having a first differential amplifier for amplifying the first sampling signal with the use of the first reference signal and a second differential amplifier for amplifying the second sampling signal with the use of the second reference signal, and configured to output differentially amplified signals based on an output of the first differential amplifier and the second reference signal and on an output of the second differential amplifier and the first reference signal; a comparison section 30 for comparing the first amplified output and the second amplified output; and a correction control section 50 for controlling the respective operations of the first and second differential amplifiers and controlling a common mode voltage level of the first and second reference signals or of the first and second sampling signals on the basis of the result of comparison. |
