PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accurate emergency information to a user who exists in a specific area.SOLUTION: An input section of a radio terminal 26 receives input of output information to be outputted to an output device 22 from a user. A switching section switches frequency of radio communication. A third radio section receives emergency information from a first communication device 18 with first frequency when the frequency of the radio communication is switched to the first frequency, and transmits the output information received by the input section to a second communication device 20 with second frequency when the frequency of the radio communication is switched to the second frequency. A voice output section outputs the received emergency information as voice information. An operation section gives an instruction that a user switches the frequency of the radio communication to the second frequency and gives an instruction to output the output information to the output device 22. A communication control section, when the user gives the instruction to the operation section, controls a switching section so that the frequency of the radio communication may be switched to the second frequency, and controls to transmit the output information received by the input section to the output device 22 through a third radio section and the second communication device 20. |
