PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation device capable of determining an abnormality in which a hydrogen/carbon ratio is large, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: Control means C controls a supply amount of raw fuel to a reforming part 3 and a supply amount of reforming water to a steam generation part 2 so as to adjust a power generation output of a fuel cell G to a target output. A supply amount of fuel for combustion added to a reforming burner 17 is adjusted so that a temperature of the reforming part 3 becomes a set appropriate temperature. Based on a pressure of a gas processing system passage including a passage for guiding the raw fuel to the reforming part 3, a passage for guiding steam from the steam generation part 2 to the reforming part 3, a passage for guiding a reforming treatment gas generated at the reforming part 3 to the fuel cell G, and a passage for guiding an exhaust fuel gas to the reforming burner 17 from the fuel cell G, a fuel cell power generation device determines an abnormality in which a hydrogen/carbon ratio which is a ratio of a steam supply amount to a raw fuel supply amount to the reforming part 3 is large. When any abnormality is determined, a combustion amount of the reforming burner 17 is increased. |
