The fastener (1) has an end plate (6) contacting an outer surface of a hollow profile. A connection element (7) is fastened to the end plate, and comprises a sleeve-shaped end section (8) for accommodating a fastening screw (9). A separate passage sleeve (10) is formed at a side of the fastener, and comprises a radially-projecting flange (11) at a side that is turned away from the end plate. The flange is supported at another outer surface of the hollow profile, where outer diameter of the passage sleeve corresponds to outer diameter of the connection element. An independent claim is also included for a door arrangement comprising a door fastener.
