PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus using an item order on a sequence table as an identifier are provided to use an item order on the same sequence table, which a transmission party and a reception party have, as an identifier, thereby reducing the amount of data in a data transmission process. CONSTITUTION: User equipment (UE) receives operation information transmitted from an information providing apparatus (S300). The operation information comprises data elements arranged in an item order of a sequence table where the order of items is designated, and the data elements include detailed operation data. The UE extracts data elements of an item order corresponding to a reference location of the UE from the operation information (S330). The UE performs a predefined operation by using the detailed operational data included in the data elements (S390). The UE stores the sequence table or reference location information according to the sequence table.
