PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making bone extension device exerting an operation effect which is not conventional by attaining natural and satisfactory bone formation corresponding reliably to the movement of opposite bone pieces in a bone extension operation, being arranged speedily and precisely to the bone pieces, and satisfactorily supporting the bone pieces at an optimal position. SOLUTION: The device is composed of: a first disposed object 2 disposed at one bone piece 1a of the opposite bone pieces 1a and 1b; a second disposed object 3 disposed at the other bone piece 1b; and an operation object 4 which is provided between the first disposed object 2 and the second disposed object 3 for attaining variable operation of the opposing interval between the disposed objects 2 and 3.
