<p>PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling intelligent robots are provided to control the robot by assembling or combining teaching aids by hand for both children and users which are unfamiliar with computerized programming and to control the robot through the interaction with the robot. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling intelligent robots comprises an object recognizing unit and a robot control unit. The object recognizing unit recognizes continued characters or aligned objects and combines at least one among recognized characters, an operator, an operand, a keyword, or a reserved word included to the recognized objects. The robot control unit controls a movement of the robot based on combined meanings.
