A device for the determination of elastic deformations of fruit of vine crops includes a fixed frame, movable slat, appliances for loading the fruit and for measuring deformations. The device for loading the fruit is arranged as a hollow screw that is kinematically connected to the nut that is installed in the upper part of the fixed frame with possibility of relative rotary motion, and the movable slat is connected to the rod placed in the cavity of the screw and connected to the screw by means of dynamometer.
