PURPOSE: A maintaining method of a manufacturing device of waste plastic waste solid fuel greatly cuts the time and costs for maintenance, so that the idle operation rate caused by maintenance is reduced to have no impact on the production of solid fuel. CONSTITUTION: A maintaining method of a manufacturing device of waste plastic waste solid fuel comprises the steps of: separating a worn-out forming cylinder (104) from a device; processing the worn-out inner wall surface (115) of the forming cylinder to from a ring groove deeper than the worn-out depth; binding a wear resistance cylinder ring to the ring groove; processing the inner wall of the combined cylinder ring to increase the surface roughness and maintaining circularity to combine the cylinder ring with a molding screw; and uniting the forming cylinder after finishing maintenance to the device. |
