<p>PURPOSE: A scum removing apparatus for a digestion tank is provided to accelerate a decomposition reaction within the digestion tank to easily collect and remove scum without hindering an anaerobic environment due to the inflow of outside air or water. CONSTITUTION: A scum removing apparatus for a digestion tank comprises a sealed digestion tank(10), a gas circulating pipe(12), a circular discharging port(18), a scum collecting unit(20), and a scum separating unit(24). The gas circulating pipe is connected with an upper part inside the digestion tank, and connected to the mid-lower part of the digestion tank through a blower(13). To eject gas or inhaled digestive fluid from the digestion tank toward the tangential direction of the digestion tank, the circular discharging port is located in a lower part of the surface near the circumference of the digestion tank. The scum collecting unit is located at the water height of the digestion tank. The scum separating unit is connected to the scum collecting unit, separating scum and collected digestive fluid, and returns the digestive fluid to the digestion tank.</p> |
