PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately execute measurement processing even in a case when an "Additional Carrier" is applied.SOLUTION: A mobile communication method includes: a step in which a radio base station eNB#1 transmits, to a mobile station UE, a PCI and information to identify a signal other than a CRS of a cell that is to execute measurement processing using the signal other than the CRS, among surrounding cells #2/#31/#32/#33/#41/#42/#43 of a subordinate cell #1; and a step in which the mobile station UE executes measurement processing on the basis of the PCI and the information to identify the signal other than the CRS.
