PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-side metal-clad laminated sheet with excellent appearance without any wrinkle and waving.SOLUTION: There is provided a single-sided metal-clad laminated sheet having a metal foil on one surface of an adhesion sheet having a thermoplastic polyimide layer on both faces of a heat resistant film, the thermoplastic polyimide layer of a side having no metal foil contains aromatic diamine residues each represented by general formula (1), of 80-99.8% with respect to the total diamine residues and contains siloxane-based diamine residues represented by general formula (2), of 0.2-5% with respect to the total diamine residues. In the general formula (1), Rto Rmay be the same respectively or may be different partially, and are hydrogen atom, 1-30C alkyl group, 1-30C alkoxy group, halogen, hydroxyl group, carboxyl group, sulfone group, nitro group or cyano group. X is O, S, SO, SO, CO. CH, C(CH)or C(CF). The general formula (2): HN-R-(SiO)(R)(R)-Si(R)(R)-R-NH. |
