PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conductive sheet having excellent irregularity following performance relative to a mounting substrate while having excellent thermal conductivity and resistance to peeling.SOLUTION: A thermal conductive sheet 5 includes: a thermal conductive layer 1 which has plate-like boron nitride particles 2 and a rubber composition and in which the thermal conductivity in a direction orthogonal to the thickness direction is 4 W/m.K or more; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 laminated on at least one face of the thermal conductive layer.
