PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lactic fermented feed, by which the lactic fermented feed capable of healthily fattening domestic animals and having effects for improving the grade of meat quality can stably be fed everyday.SOLUTION: A method for producing a lactic fermented feed in a stirring device having spraying ports capable of spraying high temperature steam of ≥100°C on a material to be stirred, has a step for charging a solid culture medium into a stirring container, a step for spraying high temperature steam of ≥100°C into the stirring container to kill various bacteria in the solid culture medium, a step for charging heat-resistant lactobacillus into the stirring container, after the high temperature steam is sprayed and after temperature in the stirring container is then lowered to a range of 90-98°C, a step for stirring the solid culture medium and the heat-resistant lactobacillus with a stirring means, a step of lactic fermentation of the solid culture medium, and a step for cooling the solid culture medium in the stirring container to a prescribed temperature of <40°C. |
