PURPOSE: A Thomson scattering light splitter is provided to form a transmissive light splitter by utilizing a volume phase holographic grating with excellent reflection efficiency and a large dispersion angle, thereby simplifying the configuration of the device. CONSTITUTION: A Thomson scattering light splitter (100) includes a chamber (110), a laser outputting unit (120), and a transmissive light splitter (130). The chamber receives plasma. The laser outputting unit penetrates through the chamber and emits lasers to the plasma received in the chamber. The transmissive light splitter transmits and splits electromagnetic waves emitted from the plasma due to the incident lasers.
