[Problem] To provide an anti-human IL-23R antibody with excellent activity and/or species cross-reactivity as compared to conventional anti-human IL-23R antibodies; and a means for preventing or treating, using the antibody, various types of diseases where human IL-23R contributes to pathogenesis, such as ophthalmological disorders, inflammatory enteropathy, or psoriasis. [Solution] An anti-human IL-23 antibody containing a heavy chain variable region comprising an amino acid sequence expressed by sequence number 10 or 14, and a light chain variable region containing an amino acid sequence expressed by sequence number 6 or 18.
