PURPOSE: A pressure controlling device for a containment building is provided to use a pair of passive valves, thereby adjusting the pressure of a containment building without separate power supply. CONSTITUTION: A pressure controlling device for a containment building comprises an intermediate storage part (20), an exhausting part (30), a first passive valve (21), a second passive valve (22) and a cooling and filtering section (40). The intermediate storage part is installed to be connected with a containment building. The exhausting part is prepared in the rear end of the intermediate storage part and ejects fluid to the outside. The first passive valve is prepared between the intermediate storage part and containment building and is opened or closed by the pressure difference of the intermediate storage part and the containment building. The second passive valve is prepared between the intermediate storage part and the exhausting part. The cooling and filtering section lowers temperature by filtering the fluid of the intermediate storage part in a state in which the first passive valve and the second passive valve are closed.
