PURPOSE: Device, method thereof for automatically linking an adjacent channel broadcasting service in mobile digital broadcasting environment and computer-readable recording medium recording a broadcasting service automatic linking program for the same are provided to maximize the convenience of a broadcasting service user in consideration of transport protocol expert group (TPEG) preferred reception, service preference, existing reception history, similar service list database and et cetera. CONSTITUTION: When separation of a mobile digital broadcasting service from a serviced area due to area change is detected, a control unit (205) compares service identification (ID) of an existing broadcasting service received in a serviced area before the separation from a first database of a memory unit with current service ID. The control unit obtains a broadcasting item having the same service ID from a newly entered serviced area. The control unit configures the obtained broadcasting service item as a similar service. The control unit controls a wireless unit to link a channel to the similar service.
