PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition having excellent adhesiveness onto skin, and excellent feeling of use.SOLUTION: A low-polymerized lactic acid composition obtained by polycondensing lactic acid and having an acid value of 100-170, and a low-polymerized lactic acid/12-hydroxystearic acid copolymer composition obtained by polycondensing a mixture of lactic acid and 12-hydroxystearic acid and having an acid value of 30-100 are used. This cosmetic composition has excellent adhesiveness onto skin and excellent feeling of use, and can be used especially for a makeup cosmetic.
