PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device capable of improving service properties for a passenger, while suppressing an electric power consumption amount.SOLUTION: In an elevator control device 1 applied to the elevator comprising a car 6 provided in a hoistway 40, a counter weight 5, a hoisting machine around which a driving rope 4 is wound, and an in-car operation panel 8 performing car call registration for causing the car 6 to arrive at a destination floor, wherein operation of the car 6 is controlled in accordance with the car call registration, the control device comprises: a load detector 7 detecting a load in the car 6; a restraining means 11 restraining the departure of the car 6 until the load detected by the load detector 7 reaches a predetermined value; and an enforcement means 12 causing the car 6 to depart when an operation by the in-car operation panel 8 for the departure of the car 6 is performed by releasing the departure restraint, even when the departure of the car 6 is restrained by the restraining means 11. |
